The check-in was very warm. Ricardo Rivera and his colleague gave us a great reception. The room was spacious and the hotel is very well located, in the main avenue of the city. The breakfast was also much better then another hotel from the same chain that we stayed a couple of days before (although of course it is a very limited breakfast in terms of healthy options). It was a great value for money overall, a well managed hotel!

We had a death in the family & had to change plans. We had to cancel our reservations. But we will be there in the next month, hopefully. I talked to Jamie at the front desk. She took care of our cancelation. I asked about the stuff we had planned for there. She had lots of information. She was very pleasant to talk to! Because of her, when I reschedule our trip, I will definitely be staying there. 😊

The location was excellent. Numerous restaurants and sites were nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Good value for the price. My husband and I had planned to stay two nights but found the hotel so comfortable and convenient that we extended our stay for three additional nights.
